On August 1st, 2019, which is 8 days after a fan version of this soundtrack published, Dancing Line privately announced that will adopt The Mystery's soundtrack into a level. This made the musician had to announce urgently back to the fan level creator. Althought Dancing Line did not tell the musician to remove "spoilers", but still, have to remove them as they would ruin the musician. However, either if the publisher uploaded or didn't upload the teaser, the fan level creator can reset the view mode to public, as a reupload.
Almost 2 months later, the fan level creator "reuploaded" The Mystery as no news about the official one were released yet.
From that day on, no one knows if spoilers or teasers are being uploaded.
On July 2nd, 2020, which is 2 months after the developers announced that Dancing Line would stop updating with new levels, known as Dancing Line end-of-life, the teaser has been leaked once again.

The most likely reason why this level was cancelled is because The Mystery was renamed around the time that Dancing Line stopped being updated with new levels.
The official re-creation of The Mystery has vocals added at the end.
If you hear carefully, the spoken words are: Faith, Wait, Fog. However this is approximately correct, and it still remains unknown what lyrics the musician put in.
This level was going to be the second fan level to become official after The End - Theo5970, But The Space is the second fan-made level.
