Collecting the 8th gem is extremely hard, if you hit any of the birds, the eagle will fly and eat the gem away. This gem is probably the hardest part in the game.
At 87% to the end the narrow path and several jumps can be troublesome.

Strategy[]
To collect gems, you have to dodge the birds and follow the rhythm. Any shortcut usage will cause the eagle take it.
You have to follow the rhythm at the end because some blocks may distract you.
If it helps, try using a smaller skin like Zeus, Chinese Brush or Light to complete this level.
Even though you use these skins, you would still likely touch the birds, hence the eagle steals a gem from you, making you complete with only 9 gems.
Recently with The Racing update guides were added to all levels (Excluding Racing) making this level much easier.
