| The Chinese Garden | The Faded Original | The Legend of Assassin |
The Faded Original is the 58th level in Dancing Line. It has been removed from the game.
- This was the hardest level, beating The Chinese Garden, until The Racing released. (The Legend of Assassin was rated the hardest level before the The Faded Original was added)
- This level was removed in version 2.3.8, April 18th, 2019 due to CM's rights to the song expiring. Players who purchased this level before its removal are still able to play it.
Soundtrack[]
The BPM is 90 for the entire song and is in common time (a time signature of 4/4).
Difficulty[]
- If the player takes the path that leads to the first gem, they must not tap as the line will automatically turn when it steps on the booster.
- The main reason this level is difficult is because of the fog and camera's distance from the line.
- The color scheme rapidly shifts between monochrome and colorful at the 50% marker, which can easily distract some players.
- Also here, the camera is far away, the path is narrow, and taps must be made in quick succession.
- The holes containing cubes might distract the player. (55% - 66%)
- Near the first crown, the camera moves quickly. The building that obstructs the view of the line could make the player lose.
Strategy[]
- The best strategy for a level like this is to focus on the music and expect quick taps (5 taps in a row). Watching a playthrough while copying the player's taps might help.
- In the The Racing's update, guidelines were added to all levels. Enabling them may make this level much easier.
- 50%: Press four times before noir changes[Tap like this] (XXXX XX (noir changes here) X X X X X X XXXX X X X X X X X X X X X X X X XXXX....)
Trivia[]
- On July 24th, 2018, Dancing Line's official YouTube channel uploaded a music teaser for this level.
