Lucky Box

The Lucky Box is one of the updated features in Dancing Line. They were released on May 18th, 2017. Each will give you presents, like Gems, Cubes, Line Skins, Hearts, levels, and even the removal of pop-up ads.

How to Open[]

If you are online, you can watch an ad and open the box for free.
If you are offline, you can spend 225 gems to open a gift.
- In earlier versions, you can also spend 1125 gems to open 5 gifts at the same time.

Rewards[]

There are 10 possible rewards. Chances to get them are different. You must get 5 mins remove ads after receiving 9 gifts. The following results are recorded by opening 300 lucky boxes, not counting remove ads for the 10th open.

Uncommon items

Cubes x10 (5%)

5 mins unlimited hearts (2%)
5 mins remove ads (not counting the one you receive after receiving 9 gifts) (1%)

One of the levels: The Spring Lullaby or Colorful Dream of Sky (0.3%)
One of the lines unlocked for 10 mins: Magic Witch or Clown (0.3%)

Changes[]

Old Version[]

It's at the level preview. The Lucky Box is on the top right, below Settings.
When you tap it, it will fall down in another location of its map.
Tapping the present costs 225 Stars.
- If you don't have enough stars to open the present, the present will tell you to go to the Star shop.
If the Box runs out of gifts, it would say: "Gift are all send out in the lucky box, stay up for the next update!"

Reggae Remix version[]

We can see it in the stores, at the top right.
Players can either open the lucky box by watch ads for one, pay with 225 gems for one or pay with 1125 gems for 5 at the same time.
The more gifts you open in a day, the higher the chance that you'll get a special prize, such as remix levels & skins. But after 24 hours, the Lucky Box will be refreshed.
Players can only get The Spring Lullaby or Colorful Dream of Sky instead of any locked levels.

Current version[]

This time, the Lucky Box is in the lower right corner of the main menu, right above the profile.
The option to open 5 Lucky Boxes at once was removed.
After opening 10 Boxes, pop-up ads wouldn’t be available for 5 minutes.

Strategy[]

It is very unlikely to get unlimited hearts, levels or lines. If you aim at getting them, try other ways such as in Challenge (new) or use real money.
Using gems to open many lucky boxes will result in you getting scammed because the gems you get in lucky box is fewer than those you paid to open them. However, it doesn't matter if you have over 10,000 gems.
