December 13 (Pre-Alpha Release)[]
- Dancing Line is unofficially released as an Android APK.
- The 3 unofficial levels in this version are: The Winter, The Desert, and The Storm.
December 21 (Release)[]
- The menu UI (user interface) screen was severely modified.
- The Beginning and The Chaos were added.
- The Chaos was the hardest level, and The Beginning was the easiest one
- The collectible cubes were changed to Diamonds.
December 30 (Mini Update 1)[]
- Coming Soon was added.

- From the lucky box, The Storm and The Desert nowadays can be unlocked permanently with Gems.

- The Crystal and The Winter (House Remix) were added.
- This is the first update that releases 2 levels.
- Stalagmite was added.

- July 1 (Update 7)
- The Mountains was added.
- Mountains, Chaos, Jelly were added.

- The Chinese Garden was added, beating The Cathedral for being the hardest level in game.
- The Beach (Dance Remix) was also added. This is the remix of The Piano.
- Chinese Brush is added.
- August 25 (Update 9)
- The Plains (Reggae Remix) was added.
- Snowball and Balloon were added.
- The menu UI is severely changed once again.
From this update on, each level will have an icon in the menu page.

- All About Us was released, making it the first level to not have the word “The” in its title.

- The first holiday level, The Halloween, was added.

- The Christmas Party was added. Not only does it celebrate Christmas, but it celebrates the 2nd anniversary for Dancing Line in an alternative ending.

- “More Games” button is now added. Its function is to show the players interested in playing more games by Cheetah Games be able to check them out more easily, without needing to close the app and check the Cheetah Games’ developer profile.
- This button is available both on the levels menu and the level death or completion screen.
- Minor changes to some of the levels.
- Changes in the User Interface.
- Bug fixes.
- “More Games” button is now added. Its function is to show the players interested in playing more games by Cheetah Games be able to check them out more easily, without needing to close the app and check the Cheetah Games’ developer profile.
